The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Manager lead and maintain the stability, security, and scalability of the organization’s IT systems. This role is responsible for day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, coordinate closely with our Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), respond to security incidents, manage firewall and endpoint protections, and ensure adherence to security policies and procedures. In addition, the role supervises helpdesk operations and office infrastructure including procurement of AV/IT equipment.

The Foundation for African Medicine and Education (FAME) is a US organization entirely focused on advancing quality medical care in rural Tanzania. FAME is seeking a highly proactive, systems-driven Development Manager to own and drive the organization’s small and mid-level donor program and execute high-impact fundraising campaigns. This is a critical role on a lean team. The Development Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ~800–900 donors contributing $350,000+ annually, with a clear goal of growing this revenue stream to $400,000+. The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in advancing the Institute for Nonprofit Practice’s ambitious growth strategy, aimed at amplifying the organization’s impact on leaders, organizations, and communities nationwide. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of National Program Operations, the Program Coordinator will ensure the seamless delivery of INP’s Core Certificate Program, RISE Program, or BLI Executive Fellowship across various U.S. locations.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Manager of Development and Special Assistant to the CEO will work closely with the CEO to ensure the organization achieves its philanthropic goals and will also work to advance several strategic initiatives each year.
