Creative Action Institute catalyzes community-driven solutions that advance gender equality and build a sustainable planet by developing transformational leaders, building powerful regional networks, and supporting grassroots advocacy globally. Our unique methodology is rooted in popular education, feminist and intersectional frameworks, and participatory and creative approaches. We have equipped hundreds of teachers, community leaders, and youth with leadership and advocacy skills to advance gender equity, girls’ education, climate justice, and bio-cultural diversity. Creative Action Institute operates its own annual programs and takes on time-bound special projects and consultancies in partnership with mission-aligned organizations, providing services in curriculum development, toolkit design, and training and facilitation.

Event Operations Associate

To advance the Foundation's role as a civic leader, the Events team works with leaders across departments and community partners to design and produce public forums, gatherings, and convenings that advance the Foundation's impact strategies and draw attention to other salient issues facing Greater Boston. The Event Operations Associate is a key member of the team, supporting and coordinating the use of the Edgerley Center for Civic Leadership for TBF and community partner meetings and events. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. The Event Operations Associate will handle additional administrative tasks as needed.

Manager, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Manager lead and maintain the stability, security, and scalability of the organization’s IT systems. This role is responsible for day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, coordinate closely with our Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), respond to security incidents, manage firewall and endpoint protections, and ensure adherence to security policies and procedures. In addition, the role supervises helpdesk operations and office infrastructure including procurement of AV/IT equipment.
