Partners In Health (PIH) seeks a Product Manager for its Logistics Management Information System (OpenBoxes), a key role within the Operations Systems team supporting supply chain across PIH’s 11 country sites.
Location: Remote within Lesotho, Rwanda, or the US (up to 25% international travel) | Salary: $80,000–$90,000/yr (US-based)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 8 developers and QAs to deliver updates and new features for OpenBoxes
- Act as primary business analyst: design features, lead ticket specification, and manage the annual roadmap
- Manage integrations between OpenBoxes and other PIH software systems
- Drive new feature adoption and track adoption metrics across country teams
- Coach OpenBoxes administrators and support PIH country teams
- Engage with digital health and open-source communities; support funding opportunities
Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of combined experience in product management, supply chain, or healthcare operations
- 2–3 years as a product manager or business analyst
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, roadmap development, and user discovery
- Preferred: experience in health technology in a developing country; data analytics skills
- Working proficiency in English required; French preferred
