Perkins Educational Leadership Program (ELP)

The Perkins Educational Leadership Program (ELP) is a transformative training experience
for U.S. students preparing for careers in education, disability inclusion, early childhood
development, and related fields. The program is designed for students passionate about

2. Initial Interview: 30 minute phone interview with Program Director
3. Application: Complete Full Application
4. Visit Perkins: On-campus interview (costs will be covered by Perkins)
5. Final Decision Made by Admission Panel
