The Federal Account Lead serves as the responsible leader for building an account of projects within JSI’s U.S. Federal team. Acting as the critical bridge between JSI’s strategic vision and project-level execution, this role is expected to build and execute a new market entry strategy to expand JSI’s impact at the Federal level, working with the Business Development team.

The Federal Account Lead owns the end-to-end success of new contracts to ensure high-quality delivery, sustained client satisfaction, and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a new market entry strategy to expand JSI’s impact at the Federal level
  • Serve as the critical bridge between JSI’s strategic vision and project-level execution
  • Own end-to-end success of new federal contracts
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and sustained client satisfaction
  • Drive organic growth within the federal portfolio
  • Work closely with the Business Development team on new opportunities
