Pricing Analyst 2

Abt Global is a mission-driven, global leader in research and program implementation in health, social and environmental policy, and international development.

As a member of Abt’s collaborative Pricing team, the Pricing Analyst 2 will be responsible for cost and price analysis, capture and preproposal pricing and strategy, and developing proposal pricing for new government contracts in response to client RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cost and price analysis for new government contract proposals
• Lead capture and preproposal pricing strategy
• Work closely with the Growth Office, Technical leaders, Contracts Office, and Proposal Management to develop detailed proposal budgets
• Review RFPs, pose pricing questions, and create timely, compliant, competitive, and accurate pricing solutions
• Prepare budget templates for different contract types (T&M, FFP, CPFF, IDIQs)

Qualifications

• Experience in government contract pricing or proposal development
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments under deadline pressure
