The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Lead Solution Specialist, CRM to serve as a hands-on Salesforce administrator within IRC’s Marketing Technology Team, supporting enterprise fundraising operations.

Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time) | Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Salesforce NPSP to support IRC’s fundraising and donor management operations
  • Lead technical implementation of CRM solutions for the Marketing Technology Team
  • Support fundraising operations through data management, reporting, and system integrations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues and support end users

Qualifications:

  • Experience administering Salesforce NPSP in a nonprofit or fundraising context
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management
  • Ability to work across departments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
