Product Manager, Logistics Management Information System

Partners In Health (PIH) seeks a Product Manager for its Logistics Management Information System (OpenBoxes), a key role within the Operations Systems team supporting supply chain across PIH’s 11 country sites.

Location: Remote within Lesotho, Rwanda, or the US (up to 25% international travel) | Salary: $80,000–$90,000/yr (US-based)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 8 developers and QAs to deliver updates and new features for OpenBoxes
• Act as primary business analyst: design features, lead ticket specification, and manage the annual roadmap
• Manage integrations between OpenBoxes and other PIH software systems
• Drive new feature adoption and track adoption metrics across country teams
• Coach OpenBoxes administrators and support PIH country teams
• Engage with digital health and open-source communities; support funding opportunities

Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of combined experience in product management, supply chain, or healthcare operations
• 2–3 years as a product manager or business analyst
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, roadmap development, and user discovery
• Preferred: experience in health technology in a developing country; data analytics skills
• Working proficiency in English required; French preferred
