Tekeshe Foundation

Mission.
The Tekeshe Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization which focuses on empowering and restoring dignity and hope to the people in the rural areas of the Chipinge district in Zimbabwe by providing and promoting economic empowerment, advocating literacy and higher education for both boys and girls, while assisting AIDS/HIV patients and their families with social-economic help.

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) works in 190 countries and territories to save and improve children's lives by providing health care and immunizations, clean water and sanitation, nutrition, education, emergency relief and more. The U.S. Fund for UNICEF supports UNICEF’s work through fundraising, advocacy, and education in the United States. Together, we are working toward the day when ZERO children die from preventable causes and every child has a safe and healthy childhood.

The U.S. Fund for UNICEF fights for the survival and development of the world’s most vulnerable children and protects their basic human rights.

ArtCorps

ArtCorps is a leader in training organizations and communities to use the arts and creativity to mobilize social change. Since 2000, ArtCorps has worked with over 60 artists and 25 partner organizations on environmental, health and human rights issues. ArtCorps is devoted to inspiring and educating people across Central America to harness the power of art to improve their lives and communities as well as build stronger, more peaceful societies.

To do this, ICLAD offers an innovative mix of practical and theoretical tools to equip legislators, ministry officials, civil society participants, university faculty, and development professionals to solve social problems through effective law. Our distinctive methodology empowers these participants in the lawmaking process to transform their societies, contributing to socio-economic security and democratic governance.
