Senior Officer, Major Giving East

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Senior Officer, Major Giving East to manage a portfolio of up to 100 high-net-worth donors in the Eastern United States, driving revenue growth through five- and six-figure gift cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

Location: Part-time remote, United States | Salary: $93,000–$110,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of up to 100 high-net-worth individuals through the full donor lifecycle
• Lead proactive prospect discovery through relationship mapping and research
• Develop long-term engagement strategies to deepen donor commitment and grow giving
• Secure five- and six-figure gifts through front-line fundraising activity
• Travel as needed to meet donors and prospects across the Eastern US
• Collaborate across IRC to align donor interests with organizational priorities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive fundraising or major gifts experience
• Track record of closing 5- and 6-figure gifts
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems; dedication to IRC’s humanitarian mission
